The Iberian field bait shoulder , like the bait hams, comes from Iberian pigs raised in semi-extensive, with feed based on cereal feed. They are pallets with one year in the dryer and a minimum of another year in our wineries of the Huelva mountain range.

Leon's old sheep cheese. La Orden. Made exclusively with pure sheep milk. Great flavor and very compact paste. Intense flavor, stands out for its balanced point of maturation. Intense palate and persistent aroma. Minimum 12 months of curation.
