Muy decepcionado con la paleta que compré, muy seca, sin apenas grasa y ésta además amarilla. Hemos tenido que desechar mucho jamón para llegar a las partes que estaban bien. 70€ por una paleta de 4,7kg etiqueta verde. Volveré a comprar otras cosas pero jamón no..

Muy buen servicio,con mucha atención al detalle, por ejemplo llamaron para confirmar exactamente si se había recibido el paquete correctamente y si estaba todo en orden. El envío super rápido y la calidad del producto muy buena. Repetiré seguro!!

Me han atendido mejor que en el propio secadero. Necesitaba hacer un regalo muy especial, una paletilla de 5 Jotas en una pieza, de las más grandes en peso. Rubén me ha atendido maravillosamente bien, el trato exquisito, preciso y rápido. El envío se ha producido sin ninguna incidencia, ha llegado perfecta, tratándose de un regalo especial. Muchísimas gracias por todo Rubén, en cuanto me sea posible, repetiré.

Por lo único que no recomendaría este establecimiento sería si estuvieras haciendo dieta 😉, pero si no es el caso esto es un paraíso gastronómico. El surtido y la calidad de sus productos es insuperable. Me encanta esta tienda.

Hace tiempo que compro productos en el Palacio del Jamón y siempre son de muy buena calidad ,muy buen trato y entrega en tiempo indicado . No le puedo poner ninguna pega , además a veces hacen regalos de otros productos. Experiencia excelente en todas las compras .

Llamo a preguntar cuando saldría cortar un jamón y me dice que tengo que llevarle el jamón para que me lo diga. Le vuelvo a insistir que me de un intervalo de precios aproximados y me vuelve q insistir que no Entiendo que un jamón pesa de 6-8 kilos .... me quiere hacer llevar un jamón para que me diga que vale doscientos euros por ejemplo y tenga que volver a casa cargado con el Incomprensible

Excelente como siempre. Envió rápido, muy bien empaquetado. Viene con su etiqueta y peso para que puedas comprobar lo que realmente has comprado y el servicio de Atención al cliente muy agradables.
