Por lo único que no recomendaría este establecimiento sería si estuvieras haciendo dieta 😉, pero si no es el caso esto es un paraíso gastronómico. El surtido y la calidad de sus productos es insuperable. Me encanta esta tienda.

Simplemente, E-S-P-E-C-T-A-C-U-L-A-R. Ya es la tercera vez que compro allí y no tengo palabras para describir lo bueno que esta el producto y la rapidez con la que despachan. Además, con un buen rendimiento. Sin duda, repetiré otra vez. Gracias.

Pedimos una paleta Cinco Jotas online, y llego en perfecto estado, un dia antes de lo esperado y a buen precio. Servicio de atencion al cliente muy atento. Repetiremos!

Pague envio urgente El envío llega tarde y el paquete ha sido abierto. Me dicen La culpa es del transportista y me ofrecen sus disculpas. Tras mi queja y adjuntando video de la apertura del paquete recibido, me ofrecen cambiar el producto pero primero el de devolver lo recibido y cuando revisen, remitiran de nuevo. Retraso total 2 semanas. Pido la devolución. Incumplen sus propias normas. No avisan de que lo han recibido (menos mal que pague para que Correos me avisará de la entrega) Reclamo noticias al respecto y por fin se solventa Coste final, 30€ de gastos de devolución, llamadas, unos cuantos mails y una total perdida de confianza en este proveedor.

Compré una paletilla 5j, cortada a cuchillo, recibí 8 paquetes envasados al vacío, a los 2 días de pedirla, además pedí los huesos, y me los enviaron sin ningún tipo de problema, me dieron puntos de fidelidad, y en la siguiente compra no podía usarlos, contacté con ellos y en el mismo momento me salían reflejados a modo de descuento en mi segunda compra, que fué otra paletilla 5j para regalo, ésta sin cortar, llegó al día siguiente en una caja de cartón 5j, ideal para regalar tal cual. Estamos más que satisfechos con las 2 compras y muy contentos de haber en
