Cebo de Campo Iberian Ham is obtained from the hind legs of the iberian pig with a breed purity of 100%, which feeds on cereals and legumes that it finds during aging stage in the field, food suplemented with feed compound.
The bread of the pig is 100% iberian, which means that it comes from iberians mather and father.
Pig farming is semi-extensive: the animals spend part of their lives on farms and another part feeding freely in the fields. The exercises they do and their natural diet at this stage means that the quality of the ham obteined is a little higher than that of cebo ham.
Ingredients: cebo de campo iberian pork ham and salt
