The Sánchez Romero Carvajal brand comes from the name of its founders: Rafael Sánchez Romero, an expert in the production of Iberian products; Don Manuel Romero, an expert in raising 100% Iberian pigs and a local farmer from Jabugo, and Don Enrique Carvajal, with knowledge and experience in marketing and distribution.
140 years carrying out its activity in a traditional and artisanal way whose pigs have a 100% natural diet and are raised in freedom.
Its centuries-old cellars are located in Jabugo in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. A perfect environment that meets the ideal temperature and humidity conditions for the production of Iberian ham.
