Jamones Lazo is a company adhering to the Protected Designation of Origin JABUGO, it is dedicated to the production of products from the Sierra de Huelva.

Since 1940 handcrafting hams, shoulder hams with sea salt, without preservatives or additives in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park (Cortegana).

The natural environment of the dehesa de Huelva and the excellent natural conditions of its climate, the location and orientation of its wooden dryers give the ham unique organoleptic characteristics.

The union of tradition and technology results in products recognized throughout the world for their high quality standards.
