Shipping & Returns
We undertake to take your order directly home within two working days, which excludes holidays in the town of origin (El Puerto de Santa María) and those in the town of destination. Orders received before 14:00h are shipped at the same day. From that time, they will be shipped the next day. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday and delivery will be made before 19:00h.
Shipments to the Canary Islands will be delivered between 7 and 10 working days. Shipments to Balearic Islands will be delivered between 3 and 4 working days.
Up to four days will be added to the delivery time provided that, when ordering a whole piece such as a ham or a pallet, the cut and packaging is also requested. Please note that in order to reduce shipping costs as much as possible, we do not ship in this type of orders the waste (bones, bark, etc.). If you want them - we do not market them - send us a note requesting them, either by e-mail or as a message from the ordering process itself.
The delivery of your order will be free if your order cast is higher than 100 €, and if the destination of the order is Spain or Portugal.

- The customer can make a refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the shipment and receive the full refund corresponding to the price of the product plus the price paid for the transport.
- The customer will also have the option of receiving a product of the same amount. In this case the transport agency will collect the returned product and deliver the new product to the address indicated by the customer.
- When making a return, it is preferable to pack the order in the original packaging and package. If it is done in another package / parcel, there may be the possibility that the product will be devalued.
- The shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer.
- No return of hams, shoulders or other products that mean 10% less weight than the original order.
