Gabriel Castaño

Its factory is located in the same urban center of Cumbres Mayores, a municipality in the province of Huelva. It is wedged between the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. This situation gives it certain qualities, both climatic and altitude and humidity, which make it an ideal place for curing Iberian ham, and gives its pieces a very particular and differentiating taste.
