Cebo de Campo Iberian ham 50 % iberian, with two years of healing from the natural drying houses and cellars ham. Pigs raised in semi-extensive (in the field) and fed with feeds.
- Product 2:
Leon's old sheep cheese. La Orden. Made exclusively with pure sheep milk. Great flavor and very compact paste. Intense flavor, stands out for its balanced point of maturation. Intense palate and persistent aroma. Minimum 12 months of curation.
- Product 3:
Iberian Cebo Loin El Chichero, Made with the lumbar area of the Iberian pig that has fed on grass and natural, herbs and feed authorized. The tenderloin is marinated with paprika de la Vera, oregano and garlic and is cured for about three months in dryers with controlled temperature and humidity.
