Iberian Shoulder ham 100% iberique- The Shoulder Ham Lazo Summum has the Jabugo Designation of Origin. With more than two years of curation, it is made without preservatives or other additives, from 100% Iberian pigs, fed exclusively with acorns at the time of the montanera.

The 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin Lazo is the prey of the outer fat-free palette from 100% Iberian pigs, fed with the fruits of holm oaks and mostly cork oaks (acorn) in the pastures and whose healing lasts approximately 60 days in the Sierra de Aracena using braziers with oak carbon to regulate the temperature and humidity of the environment.

Leon's old sheep cheese La Orden - Made exclusively with pure sheep milk. Great flavor and very compact paste. Intense flavor, stands out for its balanced point of maturation. Intense palate and persistent aroma. Minimum 12 months of curation.
