The 5 Jotas acorn sausage (salchichón) is made from pork tenderloin and lean of the profiling of the 5 Jotas ham; and it is seasoned with a selection of black pepper, white pepper and nutmeg. These spices bind to the right measure of sea salt to ensure their flavor and preservation.
The Iberian sausage is a piece that unites tradition and personality.
