Jambon bellota 100% ibérique pata negra A.O.C. Jabugo

I really enjoy the quality of this ham. Absolutely great taste, very much comparable (or even better) than many 5 Jotas I tried or even some famous (and more expensive) brands like Joselito. Intense and deep flavour, very good hand cut too. I highly recommend this. For those, who are curious about the final weight they will get when they order a full leg, I ordered 8kg leg and after the cut, the net weight of ham was ca. 3.0-3.1kg.
