The grazalemeña sheep is an autochthonous breed of the Sierra de Grazalema and its milk is characterized by an extraordinary contribution of fat and a high percentage of protein that provides excellent quality cheeses. Its aroma and flavor are intense and somewhat spicy, remaining on the palate for a long time in those of greater healing.
