Pajarete's Sheep's semi cured cheese
Sheep cheese curds whose natural rind is rubbed with olive oil thus obtaining the characteristic yellow blond.
Its body is compact creamy yellow in colour, firm and creamy texture. Clean-flavored cheese with a soft scent of sheep's milk and sweet touches in the aftertaste.
Cheese to taste with good amontillado or even a full-bodied red.
