Acorn Raised Iberico Chorizo Guijuelo is made from Iberian pork lean, coarsely chopped to appreciate the quality of the meat.
This typical product of Salamanca is made from a mixture of Iberian pork mince, salt, spices and additives, mixed and stuffed into casings.
It has a 2-month ripening time.
Its aroma is excellent and its flavor, delicate.
Ingredients: Iberian pork, salt, paprika, spices, MILK powder, LACTOSE, dextrin, MILK protein, dextrose, acidity regulator (E-325), antioxidants (E-301 , E-392), preservatives (E-252, E-250) and coloring (E-120).
