Sheep cheese curds whose natural rind is rubbed with olive oil thus obtaining the characteristic yellow blond.
Its body is compact creamy yellow in colour, firm and creamy texture. Clean-flavored cheese with a soft scent of sheep's milk and sweet touches in the aftertaste.
Cheese to taste with good amontillado or even a full-bodied red.
Ingredientes: Leche pasteurizada de oveja, fermentos lácticos, cuajo, cloruro cálcico y sal. Pimentón ahumado.
