50% Iberian Cebo Shoulder Ham The Iberian field bait shoulder , like the bait hams, comes from Iberian pigs raised in semi-extensive, with feed based on cereal feed. They are pallets with one year in the dryer and a minimum of another year in our wineries of the Huelva mountain range.
- Product 2:
Leon's old sheep cheese. La Orden. Made exclusively with pure sheep milk. Great flavor and very compact paste. Intense flavor, stands out for its balanced point of maturation. Intense palate and persistent aroma. Minimum 12 months of curation.
- Product 3:
Iberian Cebo Loin Arturo Sánchez. Made with the lumbar area of the Iberian pig that has fed with feed authorized. The tenderloin is marinated with paprika de la Vera, oregano and garlic and is cured for about three months in dryers with controlled temperature and humidity.
