5 Jotas Iberian Ham - It is handmade with the back leg of the 100% iberian pig. The pig feeds on the montanera with acorns exclusively, providing a characteristic flavor and texture of a Cinco Jotas Iberian ham.

- Product 2:

Iberian loin 5 Jotas. It is handmade with the top of the 100% Iberian pig's back. Like the Sanchez romero Carvajal Ham, the loin is maded from pigs fed in montanera exclusively with acorns.

- Product 3:

Leon's old sheep cheese. La Orden. Made exclusively with pure sheep milk. Great flavor and very compact paste. Intense flavor, stands out for its balanced point of maturation. Intense palate and persistent aroma. Minimum 12 months of curation.
