Caviar lentil

The caviar lentil, also known as beluga lentil, is hemispherical in shape and very small in size. The black, smooth and shiny skin, the yellow interior. This lentil, once cooked, reduces a little in an intense black tone, it does not shed the skin and it is very tender. It is as versatile as any lentil, it can be used in soups, salads or any stew. Of all the varieties of lentils that exist, it is the one that contains the most proteins, apart from vitamins, phosphorus, iron and potassium.
