100% Lazo bellota Iberian shoulder, made in Cortegana (Jabugo, Huelva), inside the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park.
The Summum Shoulder stands out among the other 100% acorn-fed Iberian Shoulders for having obtained the Jabugo Denomination of Origin. With more than two years of curing, it is made without preservatives or other additives, from 100% Iberian pigs, fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera season.
The 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder D.O.P. Jabugo “Summum” de Lazo has the same origin as the Jabugo Denomination of Origin hams.
Made from 100% Iberian pigs that fatten up during the montanera months based on acorns and pastures from the Huelva dehesa. This is followed by a curing period of approximately 2 years in its wooden dryer, which acts as a natural regulator of humidity and temperature. All this through traditional and artisanal techniques.
It is a 100% natural shoulder ham. No preservatives, no food colouring.
