Acorn Sausage (Salchichón) 100% Iberian 5 Jotas

The 5 Jotas acorn sausage (salchichón) is made from pork tenderloin and lean of the profiling of the 5 Jotas ham; and it is seasoned with a selection of black pepper, white pepper and nutmeg. These spices bind to the right measure of sea salt to ensure their flavor and preservation.

Ingredientes: Carne de cedo 100% ibérico, sal marina, dextrosa, dextrina, especias, conservadores E-250 (nitrito sódico) y E-252 (nitrato de potasio), antioxidante E-301 (ascorbato de sodio), aceite vegetal y potenciadores del sabor E-621, E-631 y e-627, y colorante E-120 (ácido carmínico).
