Cinco Jotas Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Presa is one of the great delicacies of Cinco Jotas.
Handcrafted in Jabugo, this is a cold cured meat that contains only presa (the cut found between the top of the shoulder and the cured loin).
It’s made from 100% iberian pigs raised on a diet of acorns during the montanera season (when the mature acorns fall from the trees). Presa is a very high quality, distinguished meet with a high concentration of muscular marbling, much like all Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Ham from Cinco Jotas.
Ingredients: 100% ibérico presa (shoulder cut) sea salt, paprika, garlic, sugar, dextrose, dextrin, acidity regulator E-331 (iii), preservatives E-250 and E-252, antioxidant E-301, and colouring E-120
