Cinco Jotas Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Presa is one of the great delicacies of Cinco Jotas.

Cold cured meat that contains only presa (the cut found between the top of the shoulder and the cured loin).

It’s made from 100% iberian pigs raised on a diet of acorns during the montanera season (when the mature acorns fall from the trees). Presa is a very high quality, distinguished meet with a high concentration of muscular marbling, much like all Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Ham from Cinco Jotas.
