Lazo Iberian acorn lomo (loin)
The Lazo Iberian acorn lomo (loin) is made from the meat of the Iberian pork sausage. After a process of salting and seasoning (salt, paprika, garlic...) it is allowed to cure for two months controlling the humidity and temperature. It is a low-fat and protein-rich food.
