Description

The Lazo Iberian acorn lomo (loin) is made from the meat of the Iberian pork sausage. After a process of salting and seasoning (salt, paprika, garlic...) it is allowed to cure for two months controlling the humidity and temperature. It is a low-fat and protein-rich food.

La gente de Palacio del Jamon nos preparó dos envios de jamones 5J para Grecia estuupendos y llegaron rapidamente a un coste razonable . 100% de confianza y ademas muy agradables .

Excepcional por todo, por el jamón (muy rico), por el trato recibido, por la rapidez en el envío. A disfrutarlo en familia. Sólo una pega, sin importancia, les pedí los huesos, que se incluían me confirmaron que estaría junto al jamón, y al abrir la caja, no estaba. Aunque sí aparecía escrito, muy tenue, en el "albarán", "incluir huesos". Lo dicho EXCEPCIONAL. RECOMENDABLE 100%

Pedi una paletilla de 5J para esta nadavidad, un auténtico manjar, tanto el transporte como la entrega maravillosa. Tardan entre 24 y 48h desde su salida. Pedí el corte empezado, vino todo bien empaquetado con su sello de calidad y la grasa del corte envasada al vacio para futuras comidas y un blister de salchichón iberico, que más se puede pedir. La paletilla buenisima con cada corte salia su aceite tipico, estaba en todo su punto, se notan que miman los productos. Recomiendo y volveré a repetir sin duda 100% recomendables.

Muy buen producto la paleta de 5J que he adquirido y rápido la recepción del paquete seguro volveré a utilizar esta casa de productos.

Muy decepcionado con la paleta que compré, muy seca, sin apenas grasa y ésta además amarilla. Hemos tenido que desechar mucho jamón para llegar a las partes que estaban bien. 70€ por una paleta de 4,7kg etiqueta verde. Volveré a comprar otras cosas pero jamón no..

Pedida Paleta ibérica 5 J. Envío rápido y bien presentado. La paleta está sabrosa pero excesivamente salada. Se supone que es un producto top pero estoy bastante decepcionado con la calidad. Está comestible pero muy lejos del punto de sal adecuado. Obviamente no repetiré, al menos con esa marca.

Primera vez que compro una paletica 5 jotas etiqueta negra por internet y todo genial! el jamon buenísimo y la entrega no se pudo entregar el dia estipulado y desde Mrw me llamaron para concertar otra cita. Super bien envuelto y calidad excelente"
