Pork rinds are a delicacy from Andalusia, created with certain parts of the pig, such as jowls or bacon. Fried over a very low heat in lard for over an hour with our secret spices that give it a heavenly taste.
By using the pork belly or jowls to create this delicacy, the streaky meat of the pork is juicy and crunchy at the same time. The elaboration of this product is 100% handmade and no dyes or chemical preservatives are used.
Packaging and transport
Both on our website and in our stores, you can buy pork rinds by weight. we sell from 250gr, 500gr or 1000gr. Also, if you prefer to consume it at the moment, you can select the tub option or if, on the contrary, you prefer to consume it at another time, you can choose the vacuum-packed option where they will preserve all their flavor for much longer. If you decide to visit our store, you can buy them in cartridges (paper cones) to consume them at the moment.
