Por lo único que no recomendaría este establecimiento sería si estuvieras haciendo dieta 😉, pero si no es el caso esto es un paraíso gastronómico. El surtido y la calidad de sus productos es insuperable. Me encanta esta tienda.

Pague envio urgente El envío llega tarde y el paquete ha sido abierto. Me dicen La culpa es del transportista y me ofrecen sus disculpas. Tras mi queja y adjuntando video de la apertura del paquete recibido, me ofrecen cambiar el producto pero primero el de devolver lo recibido y cuando revisen, remitiran de nuevo. Retraso total 2 semanas. Pido la devolución. Incumplen sus propias normas. No avisan de que lo han recibido (menos mal que pague para que Correos me avisará de la entrega) Reclamo noticias al respecto y por fin se solventa Coste final, 30€ de gastos de devolución, llamadas, unos cuantos mails y una total perdida de confianza en este proveedor.

He comprado muchas veces en la casa del jamón porque tienen buenos productos y buen precio. Pero tienen un problema con el transporte; han pasado a usar UPS 24/72h por lo que la entrega se demora en mi caso 2 días. Como el transporte no es refrigerado parte de la grasa infiltrada se funde.

Compré una paletilla 5j, cortada a cuchillo, recibí 8 paquetes envasados al vacío, a los 2 días de pedirla, además pedí los huesos, y me los enviaron sin ningún tipo de problema, me dieron puntos de fidelidad, y en la siguiente compra no podía usarlos, contacté con ellos y en el mismo momento me salían reflejados a modo de descuento en mi segunda compra, que fué otra paletilla 5j para regalo, ésta sin cortar, llegó al día siguiente en una caja de cartón 5j, ideal para regalar tal cual. Fue todo un acierto para las navidades, lo recibí en 2 días en el domicilio. Pedí que iniciaran la paleta de 5J y lo enviaron perfectamente. Traía los trozos además en una bolsa hermética y muy buena presentación. La calidad del jamón es exquisita y su curación perfecta. Recomendación 💯. Sitio de confianza 😊

La verdad es que todo ha sido genial. Es mi primer pedido a través de su web, fue rápido y sencillo. El envío fue rápido y a la hora que les pedí. La paletilla 5J está espectacular, de veras que muy contentos, repetiremos seguro.

Pedí una paleta 5J con corte iniciado (tal y como recomiendan para evitar recibir una paleta con exceso de tocino) y la verdad que muy bien, te mandan todo lo que recortan en una bolsa a parte. La paleta esta muy rica. El envío fue bastante rápido, hice el pedido el viernes y el lunes ya la tenia en Coruña.
