Pigs 100% Iberian exceptionally cared for and fed only on acorns in the montanera season.
This influences that the meat has a high percentage of oleic acid, highly beneficial for health.
Ingredients: 100% Iberian pork dam, sea salt, paprika, garlic, dextrite, sugar, acidity regulator E-331 (iii) (trisodium citrate), coloring E-120 (carminic acid ), preservatives E-252 (potassium nitrate) and E-250 (sodium nitrite) and antioxidant E-301 (sodium ascorbate).
