1- Add what you wish to buy in ‘Your cart’.

Surf our website and when you want to add something to ‘your cart’ press the bottom ‘Add to cart’ which you can find either under each product or on the right hand side of the product details page.

Once you finish selecting the products you wish to buy, press the option ‘confirm’ which is in the ‘cart’ on the left hand side of the page.

2- Register or Sign in.

Introduce a valid e-mail address to continue with the registration. You will be asked to provide personal details essentials to carry out your order. Your details will be protected under the LOPD law. If you are a registered customer sign in using the option ‘Already registered?’.

3- Confirm the dispatching address.

In step 3 we will ask you to confirm the dispatching address and the on line billing address. The billing address will not be sent with the order; nevertheless you can access it when you finish your order on your account.

In this step you can change the dispatching address if you wish us to send the order to a person different than yourself or if you wish us to invoice another place, person or companies different to those in the register.

4- Shipping rates.

If the order total cost is higher than an specific quantity, the delivery is for free. See ´tems and conditions´.

5- Choose your payment method.

You can choose between 4 different payment methods. You just need to click on the payment method you prefer:

b)If you wish to pay with Pay pal, you need to have an active Pay pal account with enough funds for the purchase.

c)If you wish to pay using cash on delivery a 3% commission (with a minimum of 3,00 €) will be added to the order total cost.

d)If you pay by wire transfer, delivery operations begin when the transfer reaches our account. The bank account details required for the transfer will be shown at the end of the order.

6- Order carried out.

You will receive an e-mail with the order details. If necessary, the delivery company will contact the addressee of the order on the phone number provided in the registration form.
